WORKING LATE — SCUMMIEBEARZ x SEWN THREADS

“Babe, where you at?”

“I’ll be home soon…”

Yeah… sure you will. 😂

Welcome to WORKING LATE, another unapologetic drop from SCUMMIEBEARZ by Sewn Threads—streetwear built for people who appreciate dark humor, messy situations, questionable decisions, and graphics that tell the whole damn story before anybody even reads the caption

.

This design catches somebody right in the middle of the oldest excuse in the book: “I’m working late.” His phone is in his hand, his woman is checking in asking where he’s at, and he’s confidently typing back that he’ll be home soon. Meanwhile, what’s actually happening around him tells an entirely different story. 😈

The whole joke is the contradiction.

On the phone, everything sounds innocent.

“Babe, where you at?”

“I’ll be home soon…”

In real life?

This man is definitely NOT handling overtime. 😂

While he’s trying to keep the conversation smooth, he’s caught up with the side chick in a situation that makes the words WORKING LATE hit completely different. It’s reckless. It’s funny. It’s scandalous. It’s the kind of graphic that makes somebody stare at the shirt, realize what’s happening, look back at it again, then start laughing.

That is exactly what SCUMMIEBEARZ is about.

We aren’t designing another boring logo tee that disappears into everybody else’s closet. These shirts are built around stories, characters, street humor, real-life situations, bad decisions, hustle culture, relationships, loyalty, temptation, and the kind of conversations people normally only have with their closest friends.

The Working Late Edition was made for the people who understand that sometimes those two innocent words come with a whole lot of explaining to do.

Wear it to the function.

Wear it to the cookout.

Wear it downtown.

Wear it to Bike Night.

Wear it to the club.

Wear it on vacation.

Wear it through Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville, Daytona, Kissimmee, Fort Lauderdale, or wherever your night takes you.

Just understand one thing:

If you wear WORKING LATE around your significant other, Sewn Threads LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for the interrogation that follows. 😂

THE DESIGN

The artwork combines bold streetwear energy with adult comedy and a full storytelling scene. Instead of needing paragraphs of explanation, the visual gives you the setup immediately: the phone conversation says one thing while the situation happening around him says something completely different.

That contrast is what makes the graphic.

WORKING LATE isn’t supposed to be quiet.

It isn’t supposed to blend in.

It’s meant to get reactions.

Expect double takes.

Expect laughs.

Expect somebody to point at the graphic and say, “Bro, this shirt is wild.”

Expect somebody else to say, “I know somebody exactly like this.”

And if everybody suddenly turns around and looks at you…

That part is between you and them. 😂

SCUMMIEBEARZ STREETWEAR

SCUMMIEBEARZ represents the side of streetwear that doesn’t clean itself up just to make everybody comfortable.

It’s loud.

It’s rebellious.

It’s funny.

It’s raw.

It’s Florida.

It’s built from the hustle.

It’s made for people who would rather wear something with personality than another generic graphic pulled from the same recycled catalog.

Every SCUMMIEBEARZ concept is meant to feel like a scene, a memory, a joke, or a story somebody has actually lived through.

Working Late fits that attitude perfectly.

This is adult streetwear with a sense of humor—created for grown folks who understand the joke and aren’t afraid to wear something that starts conversations.

MADE TO STYLE YOUR WAY

Pair your Working Late tee with:

Baggy jeans

Distressed denim

Black cargos

Camo pants

Joggers

Work pants

Jean shorts

Fresh sneakers

Boots

Snapbacks

Fitted hats

Chains

Watches

Streetwear jackets

Oversized hoodies

Or whatever makes the fit yours.

Throw it underneath an open flannel or jacket for a layered street look, or wear the graphic fully exposed and let the shirt do all the talking.

Whether your style leans toward Florida streetwear, trap fashion, biker culture, urban fashion, underground clothing, hip-hop fashion, or everyday casual wear, this piece was designed to fit directly into the rotation.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS — KEEP YOUR PRINT LOOKING RIGHT

Your shirt will last much longer when you treat the graphic correctly.

WASHING SEQUENCE:

  1. Turn the shirt INSIDE OUT before washing.
  2. Wash with similar colors.
  3. Use COLD WATER whenever possible.
  4. Select a gentle or normal wash cycle.
  5. Use a mild detergent.
  6. Avoid excessive detergent.
  7. DO NOT USE BLEACH.
  8. Avoid harsh stain removers directly on the printed artwork.
  9. Do not leave the shirt soaking for extended periods.
  10. Remove it from the washer shortly after the cycle finishes.

DRYING SEQUENCE:

For maximum print life, AIR DRYING IS RECOMMENDED.

If you use a dryer:

Turn the shirt inside out.

Use LOW HEAT.

Avoid high-temperature drying.

Remove the shirt once dry instead of cooking it through multiple unnecessary cycles.

High heat is one of the fastest ways to prematurely wear printed apparel, so keep the temperature down and let the graphic live.

DO NOT IRON THE GRAPHIC

Seriously.

DO NOT PLACE A HOT IRON DIRECTLY ON THE PRINTED DESIGN.

If ironing is necessary, turn the shirt inside out and use low heat while avoiding direct contact with the artwork.

Do not apply excessive heat directly to the design.

Do not intentionally stretch the graphic while hot.

Do not dry-clean unless the specific garment label says it is safe to do so.

FOLDING & STORAGE SEQUENCE

After the shirt is completely dry:

  1. Lay the shirt flat with the graphic facing downward.
  2. Smooth the fabric gently with your hands.
  3. Fold both sleeves inward.
  4. Fold each side toward the center.
  5. Fold the bottom section upward.
  6. Store the shirt in a cool, dry location.

For best results, avoid creating an extremely hard permanent crease directly through the center of the graphic.

You can also hang the shirt on a quality hanger if you prefer keeping your favorite tees ready to wear.

Never fold or stack the shirt while it is still damp.

Proper washing, drying, and storage will help keep your WORKING LATE graphic looking brighter and cleaner through repeated wear

.

BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO GET THE JOKE

SCUMMIEBEARZ isn’t trying to make clothing for everybody.

We make clothes for the people who see something wild and immediately understand the humor.

For the hustlers.

For the night owls.

For the people with stories.

For the people whose group chats should probably never become public.

For the ones who have heard “I’m working late” and immediately thought:

Yeah, right. 😂

Whether you buy it because the design is hilarious, because you know somebody exactly like the character, or because the story hits a little too close to home, WORKING LATE delivers exactly what SCUMMIEBEARZ streetwear is supposed to deliver:

A statement before you ever say a word.

From Florida streets to anywhere streetwear culture lives, Sewn Threads and SCUMMIEBEARZ are building clothing around characters, comedy, hustle, real situations, outrageous stories, and designs people actually remember.

This isn’t corporate fashion.

This isn’t another safe graphic tee.

This is SCUMMIEBEARZ.

Built by the hustle.

Shaped by the streets.

Raised out the trenches.

And tonight?

Apparently somebody is…

WORKING LATE. 😈📱😂
